Yesterday and today I’ve been hearing and seeing Sandhill Cranes flying in arrow formations over the skies of Nashville. They are easy to identify by their trilling call. These magnificent creatures are like wealthy human snowbirds; they spend their winters in Florida, Texas, and Mexico and then migrate to the northern United States and Canada for the summer.
